Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts)

If you cancel before we begin development:

• 50% refund of the total amount
• Remaining amount kept as administrative fee

2. Project Cancellation (After Work Starts)

If any of the following is done:

• Planning completed
• UI/UX draft delivered
• Development started
• Setup completed

3. Booking/Consultation Cancellation

Consultation calls can be cancelled:

• Up to 12 hours before the scheduled time
• After this, no refunds

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time:

• Future billing stops instantly
• No refund for the current billing cycle
