2. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance as mutually agreed.
- For custom projects, a minimum 50% advance is required.
- Payments are processed via secure gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
- Prices are subject to change based on project complexity.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery depends on:
- Client communication speed
- Required content provided by client
- Custom features
- Technical dependencies
Delays from client side will extend the timeline automatically.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
- Business details
- Content (text, images, logo)
- Access details where required
- Timely feedback
5. Project Completion
A project is considered complete when:
- Final files are delivered
- Website/app is handed over
- Access credentials are shared
Further revisions may incur additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
- You own the final website/app after full payment.
- WebNexaTech may use completed work in its portfolio unless stated otherwise.
7. Prohibited Use
Clients must not use our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or scams
- Adult content
- Harmful or malicious software
- Hate/political extremism
8. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service failures
- Hosting/server downtime
- Security breaches due to client negligence
- Loss of revenue due to website/app misuse
9. Termination
We may suspend service if:
- Payments are not completed
- Client violates terms
- Abusive behavior
