We aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and category.
1. When Refunds Are Eligible
Refunds may be provided only if:
- Work has not started
- No design, plan, or development draft has been delivered
- The client raises a request within 24 hours of paying
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom website development
- Custom app development
- AI automation setup
- One-time setup fees
- Digital assets delivered
- Domain/Hosting/Software purchases
3. Project Start Condition
Once project work begins (planning, Figma, development, setup):
Refund = Not applicable
4. Subscription-Based Products
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
5. Dissatisfaction Clause
If you are unhappy with the work:
- We offer free revisions (as per plan)
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction after delivery
- We will make reasonable efforts until you are satisfied
